Tricia is a Human Resources professional with more than 20 years of experience leading workforce strategy across diverse industries. She joined Holzman Law to establish and lead a strategic, business-focused Human Resources department aligned with the firm’s long-term goals and growth objectives.
In her role, Tricia partners closely with firm leadership to develop and execute initiatives encompassing talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, compensation, and organizational culture. Since joining the firm, she has implemented structured HR processes that have enhanced recruitment effectiveness, strengthened employee engagement, and improved workforce retention.
Tricia brings deep expertise in employment law compliance and risk management, ensuring the firm adheres to all applicable governmental and regulatory requirements. Her data-driven, consultative approach has contributed to improved operational efficiency, stronger accountability, and sustained business performance.
