YOUR CREDIT UNION LEGAL DEPARTMENT

Karen Gresens

Attorney

Karen joined Holzman Law in 2023. She began advising credit unions at the beginning of her career over twenty-five years ago. Her early practice included business law, trusts, and estate planning in addition to credit union law. It was at that time that she fell in love with the credit union movement and the role credit unions play in the communities they serve. Karen also has experience advising nonprofit organizations. More recently, Karen has worked directly for credit unions, in-house. She specializes in regulatory compliance, contract review, and operational and member relations issues. Karen is a CUNA certified Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE) and Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist (BSACS).
