MIKE KREMPA

Michael is the head of the firm's non-routine litigation and employment law practices. He handles litigation of several types of matters including commercial, real estate, construction, employment, civil rights, and consumer litigation, amongst others. His representation extends to state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Michael has tried cases before administrative law judges, juries, and judges.

Michael regularly works with credit unions on their employment matters. He counsels credit unions on their rights and obligations in employment matters including issues relating to complaints of harassment or discrimination, investigations, disciplinary actions, performance, accommodations, leaves of absence, and others. Michael regularly reviews handbooks, policies, and employment-related agreements for credit unions.

Michael also handles contractual issues for credit unions. He recommends revisions to contracts being negotiated and advises clients on their contractual rights and obligations when issues arise..
