Steve DeLuca has been with the firm since 2004. Starting at Holzman Law as a law clerk during law school, and then as an attorney in 2007, Steve has been representing credit unions since the inception of his career.
Steve specializes in claim and delivery lawsuits to obtain collateral after self-help repossession has failed. He also is an expert on matters related to garage keeper liens/mechanic liens, boatyard liens, storage liens, abandoned vehicles, and forfeited vehicles, and title issues.
Through his regular appearances in courts throughout the state for years, Steve has built a solid reputation among judges, court staff, and fellow attorneys, as straight forward and hard-working attorney, who vigorously advocates on behalf of credit unions.
